📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and analyze cost data to support business decisions.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports using SAP and Excel.
• Conduct cost analysis and provide recommendations for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Support the finance team in financial close processes.
• Work on cross-functional projects to improve financial processes.
• Provide training and support to other team members on costing and financial analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in cost accounting or financial analysis.
• Proficiency in SAP and Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards is a plus.
• Familiarity with budgeting and forecasting processes.
