📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Maintain a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with the ship's crew to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor and report on ship's performance and maintenance.,Handle emergency situations and ensure the safety of the crew and passengers.,Conduct regular safety drills and inspections.,Assist in the planning and execution of voyages.,Maintain accurate records of ship's operations and maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in maritime operations.,Valid Master Mariner's License.,Knowledge of international maritime regulations and safety standards.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with ship's maintenance and repair procedures.,Experience in managing and motivating a team.,Good knowledge of English and local language.
