📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic spatial planning policies to ensure sustainable land use and urban development.
• Coordinate and oversee the execution of urban planning and infrastructure projects, including road networks, public transportation, and utilities.
• Conduct feasibility studies and environmental impact assessments for proposed projects.
• Work with government agencies, private sector partners, and local communities to ensure the successful implementation of spatial planning initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of spatial planning projects to ensure they meet established goals and objectives.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in spatial planning and urban development.
• Represent the Regional Development Agency at national and international conferences and forums.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in spatial planning, urban development, or infrastructure management.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing large-scale spatial planning and infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian spatial planning laws, regulations, and policies.
• Proficiency in using GIS (Geographic Information System) software, such as ArcGIS, QGIS, or AutoCAD.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with government agencies, private sector partners, and local communities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
