📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage infrastructure projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate project activities and resolve any issues that arise.
• Use industry-leading tools such as AutoCAD, Primavera, and Microsoft Project to plan, design, and manage projects.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with infrastructure projects, ensuring the safety and well-being of all project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to ensure the timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of infrastructure projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in infrastructure project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Proficiency in industry-leading tools such as AutoCAD, Primavera, and Microsoft Project.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with sustainable construction practices and principles.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
