📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the quality control processes to ensure products meet the required standards.,Conduct regular quality inspections and audits.,Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.,Train and mentor junior QC inspectors.,Analyze quality control data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality issues.,Ensure compliance with all relevant quality control regulations and standards.,Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and results.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and standards.,Proven track record of improving quality control processes and outcomes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with quality control software and tools is a plus.,Valid certification in quality control (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) is a plus.
