📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the reception area, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for guests.,Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and complaints with a high level of professionalism and efficiency.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of guest issues.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest information and transactions.,Provide excellent customer service and support to guests and employees.,Train and supervise receptionists to ensure high standards of service and professionalism.,Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.,Assist in the development and implementation of reception policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (9 kg) occasionally as needed.
