📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert tax advice and guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with the latest tax regulations.,Lead a team of tax consultants, providing mentorship and training to ensure high performance and professional development.,Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize clients' tax liabilities while ensuring compliance with tax laws.,Conduct regular reviews of tax policies and procedures to identify areas for improvement and ensure best practices are followed.,Prepare and present tax reports, analyses, and recommendations to clients and management.,Stay up-to-date with the latest tax laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide accurate and timely advice.,Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, accounting, and legal, to ensure seamless integration of tax services.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored tax solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, preferably in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Professional certification in taxation, such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
