🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or team management role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.,Proven track record of successful team leadership and development.,Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
