Up Glow Abadi is looking for a dedicated Personalia Staff to join our team in Singkawang, Kalimantan Barat. This is an immediate opening, and we are seeking someone who can start as soon as possible. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and providing excellent support to employees and management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees,Manage employee records and maintain accurate personnel files,Process payroll and ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries,Handle employee benefits and welfare programs,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees,Manage leave and attendance records,Handle employee grievances and provide support and guidance,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using HR software and Microsoft Office,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluent in Indonesian (both written and spoken)
