📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate evaluation.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance reviews.,Handle employee benefits administration, including insurance, leave management, and retirement plans.,Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing employees.,Coordinate with management to address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
