East Indian Agency Products is currently looking for a dedicated Production Staff to join our team in Boyolali, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality control, and managing logistics to meet our production targets. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process from start to finish, ensuring that all products are manufactured to the required specifications.,Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all products meet our high standards.,Manage the logistics of production, including inventory management, order processing, and shipping.,Work closely with the production team to identify and implement improvements to the production process.,Ensure that all production equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.,Monitor production schedules and ensure that all production targets are met.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that production needs are met and that there are no bottlenecks in the supply chain.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all production activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing or logistics industry.,Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control procedures.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.,Familiarity with inventory management and logistics software is a plus.,Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Must be able to lift and move heavy objects as part of the job.,Must be able to work shifts and weekends as needed.
