Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading and managing the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities.
  • Providing regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Proficient in Mandarin, both spoken and written.
  • Strong understanding of the Oil & Gas market and industry trends.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
