As a Senior Banquet Staff, you will be responsible for organizing and executing banquet events that meet the highest standards of quality and service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events, including coordinating with vendors, setting up venues, and managing event logistics.,Ensure that all events are executed according to the company's standards and client expectations.,Maintain excellent customer service and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.,Oversee the work of banquet staff and ensure they are trained and motivated to deliver exceptional service.,Handle event budgets and ensure they are managed effectively and within the allocated funds.,Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations for event planning.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event planning and management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet event planning and management.,Proven track record of successfully planning and executing high-quality events.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using event planning software and tools.,Familiarity with local regulations and permits required for event planning in Bali.
