📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements,Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development,Provide mentorship and guidance to new employees

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with training management software and tools,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Ability to analyze data and provide insights for training program improvements,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
