Global Village Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and passionate Tutor to join our team. This is a full-time position located in Tambora, Jakarta Raya, with a competitive salary of Rp 4.000.000 – Rp 6.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of the students.,Provide one-on-one and group tutoring sessions to help students understand and master the material.,Assess student progress and provide feedback to help them improve and achieve their academic goals.,Collaborate with other educators and staff to ensure a well-rounded and comprehensive educational experience for the students.,Stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the quality of instruction.,Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages students to ask questions, take risks, and learn from their mistakes.,Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to further enhance your teaching skills and knowledge.,Promote a culture of respect, diversity, and inclusion within the school community.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in the relevant subject area or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring, preferably in a similar educational setting.,Strong knowledge of the subject matter and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with and motivate students.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage time effectively to meet deadlines and responsibilities.,Familiarity with educational technologies and tools, such as learning management systems, educational apps, and online resources.,Commitment to providing a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all students.,Ability to adapt to the needs of diverse learners and to differentiate instruction as needed.
