📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver food and beverage orders to customers using our proprietary delivery management system, GoSend.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders to meet customer expectations.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and handling customer complaints professionally.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and well-presented vehicle.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, vehicle maintenance and fuel management.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Report any issues or concerns related to delivery operations to the supervisor.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in delivery or logistics, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for delivery purposes.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with using GPS and delivery management systems, such as GoSend.
• Good physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry items.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
