Royal Global Nusantara is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Canggu. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team by assisting with various HR functions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in administering employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new and departing employees.,Coordinate with managers to address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary issues.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in conducting employee surveys and feedback sessions.,Assist in the organization of HR-related events and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
