📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage and develop the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.

Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Participate in training and development programs for the sales team.

Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or a similar role.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.

Ability to travel both domestically and internationally.

Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
