PT Dwi Ratu is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles and a passion for learning and growing in the finance field.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.,Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment processing.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.,Prepare and submit tax returns and other regulatory filings.,Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.,Support the finance team in ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field (fresh graduates with strong academic background and relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply).,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Knowledge of accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks is a plus.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
