📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and expansion.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and market research.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.,Negotiate and close sales deals to meet and exceed targets.,Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify new opportunities.,Lead and mentor the business development team to ensure high performance and achievement of goals.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.,Report on business development activities and provide regular updates to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong networking and relationship-building skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using business development tools and software.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
