📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and repair kitchen equipment and appliances,Perform routine maintenance and inspections on kitchen equipment,Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues in the kitchen,Order and install new kitchen equipment as needed,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations,Keep detailed records of maintenance and repairs,Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in kitchen equipment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mechanic in a restaurant or similar environment,Knowledge of kitchen equipment and appliances,Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations,Ability to work in a team and under pressure,Strong problem-solving skills,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
