📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure.,Handle inquiries and provide information about the company and its services.,Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.,Maintain accurate records of guest visits and interactions.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Ensure the reception area is clean and well-maintained.,Handle any emergency situations that may arise.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
