PT Yudha Pilar is seeking a talented and passionate Learning Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, with experience in designing and delivering training programs. This is a remote position based in Kuta, with a competitive salary of Rp 6.000.000 – Rp 9.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Design and deliver training programs to improve employee performance and productivity.,Collaborate with managers and employees to identify training needs and develop solutions.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and multimedia content.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development.,Work with external trainers and vendors to ensure high-quality training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Experience in designing and delivering training programs.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
