📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, both existing and potential, to drive repeat business and referrals.,Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive advantages.,Manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability and minimizing waste.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure consistent performance and customer satisfaction.,Participate in store events, promotions, and sales campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in a similar role or industry.,Strong understanding of retail operations, sales techniques, and customer service principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with local market trends and consumer behavior in Mempawah, Kalimantan Barat, is a plus.
