In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring that our hotel meets the needs of our guests with high-quality products and services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Ensure that all purchases are made in accordance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and place reorder points to ensure that the hotel has adequate supplies.,Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to ensure that the hotel gets the best value for money.,Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure that they meet the hotel's needs.,Prepare and submit purchase orders, invoices, and other related documents.,Monitor and analyze purchasing data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.,Ensure that all purchases are compliant with local and international regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
