📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations and standards.,Implement and monitor sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.,Train and develop store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Manage store budgets and ensure profitability.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the regional and corporate teams to ensure consistent brand standards and customer experience.,Promote and participate in store promotions and events to drive sales and customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Familiarity with retail software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
