📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing daily operations and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Leading and motivating a team of employees to achieve the company's objectives.,Monitoring and evaluating the performance of team members, providing feedback and coaching as needed.,Ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the workplace is a safe environment for all employees.,Managing and maintaining inventory levels, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve productivity and efficiency within the team.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.,Resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise within the team or with customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with HR policies and practices.,Experience in inventory management and supply chain operations is a plus.,Ability to use computer software and technology to support operations.
