📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.,Ensure inventory accuracy and manage stock levels to meet customer demand.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to resolve any issues related to inventory or shipments.,Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency.,Train and develop warehouse staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Manage warehouse budget and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven experience in leading and managing warehouse teams.,Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics software.,Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the warehouse environment.
