📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct mediations to resolve employment disputes between employers and employees.
• Draft and negotiate settlement agreements to ensure fair and equitable resolutions.
• Provide guidance and advice on labor laws and regulations to both parties involved.
• Maintain detailed records of all mediations and case resolutions.
• Collaborate with legal and human resources teams to ensure compliance with employment laws.
• Educate and train employers and employees on conflict resolution and mediation processes.
• Monitor case progress and follow up with parties to ensure resolutions are implemented.
• Provide regular reports and updates on case resolutions and mediation outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in employment dispute resolution or a related field.
• Certification in labor law or employment dispute resolution is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and mediation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
