📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage project costs and prepare accurate cost estimates,Ensure compliance with budgetary constraints and financial regulations,Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to optimize project costs,Prepare and maintain detailed cost reports and financial documentation,Conduct regular cost analysis and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures,Monitor project progress and identify potential cost overruns or underruns,Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in project cost management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in project cost management,Strong knowledge of cost estimation techniques and financial regulations,Proficiency in using project management software and financial tools,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with construction industry standards and practices
