📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the financial operations of Raffles College of Higher Education, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
• Manage the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare and file all necessary tax returns.
• Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Oversee the financial management of student accounts and tuition fees.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
• Ensure the integrity and security of financial data and systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, with a strong background in tax compliance.
• Proficiency in financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Certifications in tax compliance (e.g., CPA, CMA, or ACCA) are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the higher education industry is a plus.
