📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process payments accurately using cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Handle reservations and manage room assignments.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier station, including handling cash deposits and withdrawals.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with the front desk team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Keep up-to-date with hotel policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall operations of the front desk.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or front desk role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of hotel management systems and point-of-sale (POS) software.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and financial transactions.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian.
