📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficient and high-quality beverage manufacturing.
- Lead and mentor a team of production supervisors and operators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Implement and monitor production schedules using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
- Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production goals with overall business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in beverage manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing production teams and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and production management software.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
- Experience in the beverage industry is highly desirable.
